Credentials
Ready for Industry, an eDynamic Learning company, has worked with NOCTI to create five different assessments corresponding to the five industries covered in our instructional materials:
- Construction
- Healthcare
- Information Technology
- Logistics
- Manufacturing
These five assessments measure general knowledge of each industry, and the common processes, terminology, and careers in each industry. Each assessment is customized to correspond to the content of the Ready for Industry® curriculum. Each assessment is approximately 50 multiple-choice questions and is delivered online. These assessments can be used at the secondary level, post-secondary level, workforce development centers, and businesses.

To offer the assessments to your clients or students, you must apply for a NOCTi assessment account by contacting NOCTI or filling out the form here. The test must be proctored, either in person by your staff or by a virtual online proctor.

Ready for Industry is available to workforce centers, community colleges, and adult learners.
RFI helps a new job seeker identify a career pathway by:
- Introducing the five industries with the most in-demand, living-wage career pathways
- Helping the job seeker understand the industry and the types of jobs that are available
- Reviewing general education and career pathways in the industry
RFI helps a new job seeker obtain the knowledge for both a job interview and to contribute in entry-level positions by:
- Providing the job seeker with knowledge of common terminology and tasks
- Introducing basic safety, privacy and security issues
- Reviewing current topical issues and trends in the industry
