Meet eDynamic Learning
eDynamic Learning is a teacher-founded company, established in 2008 with a mission of helping students find their passion. We are dedicated to developing programs of study in pathways that lead to industry-recognized certifications. With nearly 250 courses available on all technology platforms and devices, we are the largest publisher of CTE and elective courses in North America.
The eDynamic Learning middle school and high school curriculum is used in a variety of online and blended learning environments. Courses are designed to be flexible for teachers and ensure that students leave high school with the knowledge and preparation needed to make life-shaping college and career decisions.
Our Dedicated Leadership Team
In 2008, Kevin founded eDynamic Learning with a vision to broaden students’ horizons and interests into subjects and career opportunities not traditionally offered by today’s education system. By offering new subjects via online learning platforms, Kevin sought to help students become more engaged and take increased ownership in their overall learning experience. Since its inception eDynamic Learning has rapidly grown into the leading provider of career and elective courses in North America.
Kevin earned his Master of Educational Technology Leadership from George Washington University and holds both a Bachelor of Education and Bachelor of Arts from Brandon University.
Jerry has worked passionately in the education market leading a variety of sales, marketing and operational teams for the past twenty years. His expertise in the development of sales cycle management, sales process, and customer-facing business practices have helped him lead the best teams in the industry. Along the way he has launched several new company divisions and company start-ups, and led an award-winning product development team.
Jerry serves as President for eDynamic Learning, overseeing the eDL team with his primary focus on sales and customer success. Jerry has a B.S. in Marketing Research from the University of Southern California and, along with his family, still calls Southern California home.
Chief Financial Officer
Brian has worked in high tech and Saas industries for the majority of his career, working at companies such as Global Crossing, iDirect, GeoEye (now Digitalglobe), and ID.me. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a proven track record of reengineering organizations and creating high-performance teams by successfully introducing strategies into the workforce to deliver financial, operational, and quality results. Brian has extensive experience building and managing teams in the area of Finance, Data, HR, Legal, Security and IT. While at ID.me, Brian served as the CFO, overseeing hypergrowth in revenue, headcount, and real estate, as well as transactions involving venture debt and two capital raises of $110M. He currently sits on the Board of three companies.
Brian graduated with a Major in Economics & Business and a Minor in International Studies from the Virginia Military Institute, and he earned his MBA in Finance from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. When he is away from work and his kids, Brian is a serious road cyclist and snowboarder.
Vice President of Marketing and Professional Development
Tyler has worked in the EdTech industry for the past twenty-five years and is driven by a passion for engaging the digital learner and helping every student find success.
She started her career as a school director and quickly saw the impact technology had on her students’ behavior, engagement, and learning. She went on to work for Apple, where she developed, launched, and marketed several successful solutions including the iBook Wireless Mobile Lab. Tyler also worked as President and CMO for Cogent Education and as the Director of Marketing for Odysseyware. Tyler holds a B.S. in Child Development from San Diego State University and a Master’s Degree in Teaching, Educational Technology from National University.
Vice President of Sales
Justin has worked in the EdTech industry in various sales roles since 2007. Justin has a successful track record of growing organizations and aiding many schools and districts with various curriculum and software implementations. He has more than ten years experience specifically within the online learning industry.
He started his career as a High School special education teacher and coach and went on to coach Community College baseball as well. His EdTech career began at Peterson’s, a Nelnet Company and has worked at Calvert Education, K12 inc., and K12 Insight. Justin holds a B.S. in Exercise and Sports Sciences from The University of Florida. Justin, his wife Kelly, and their 4 children call Stuart, FL home.
Vice President of Curriculum
Lisa feels fortunate that her passion for learning turned into a career. She held positions in sales and marketing management at large educational publishers and discovered that product development was her raison d’être. She spent over twelve years developing education resources that contributed to students’ success and impacted their lives.
When not working, Lisa enjoys hiking, jogging, traveling, and quirky, whimsical art.
Director, Program Management
Vicky brings over a decade of experience leading complex projects and roll-outs for large international corporations in Europe, and holds a Business Degree, with distinction from Okanagan College. She is experienced with multiple project methodologies including Agile, Prince2, and PMI and has achieved formal qualifications in each.
Vicky moved to the Okanagan Valley with her family in 2014 and before joining eDL in 2016. Any free time she has is spent with her family enjoying what the beautiful Okanagan Valley has to offer.
Director, Sales Operations and Customer Success
Ricci has spent almost her entire professional career building successful and enduring customer relationships in a variety of industries. She joined the eDynamic Learning team after launching and growing a successful 3D software company in just six short years. A great addition to our team, Ricci is able to wear many hats related to customer management, sales processes, and product marketing.
In the last four years working at eDynamic Learning, Ricci has been a contributing factor to the overall business operations as well as an integral leader for the sales team. In her spare time, she loves racing her mud truck, enjoying the outdoors, and traveling.
Director, Demand and Digital Strategy
Mandy has worked in the EdTech market for the majority of her career. She finds working with educators to be a constant source of inspiration and loves the passion the people in education bring to their jobs every day. She has a depth of experience in marketing helping share educator’s stories and industry thought leadership.
Mandy began her career at Edmentum and has also worked for EdTech companies such as Hoonuit and PowerSchool. She graduated from University of WI – Eau Claire and now resides in Minnesota with her husband Jeff, two toddlers, and beloved Brittany Spaniel. Mandy enjoys baking, traveling, toddler dance parties, and playing board games.
