Finding teachers for unique courses like Cybersecurity, Hospitality and Tourism, or Criminology may be challenging due to obstacles in identifying and recruiting teachers for CTE subjects, location limitations, cost constraints, or situational circumstances. eDynamic Learning’s Instructional Services help connect schools with highly-qualified, state-certified teachers in hard-to-find subject areas that offer virtual online teaching services. Many of these teachers have master’s degrees, and can teach synchronously and/or asynchronously; monitor and communicate with students through email, phone and Zoom; and perform grading.

Three Easy Steps
Step 1: Need Identified
- School notifies eDynamic Learning when a course instructor is needed
- Initial implementation meeting occurs between School and eDynamic Learning
Step 2: Planning
- The district assigns a school facilitator(s) for the course & instructor
- We support the enrollment process for the school/district
- School has the option to schedule a professional development workshop for their facilitating teachers
- We assign and notify the school of the licensed virtual instructor
Step 3: Implementation
- The virtual instructor monitors students and keeps them on track
- Instructor/student communications include email, phone, and Zoom
- Grades are entered based on district’s expectations
- State required reporting is provided
