CEO, Empower Reach
Karie Gladis is an education consultant and CEO of Empower Reach, an education consulting company whose mission is to empower each educator, student, and parent through meaningful and engaging learning experiences. Karie has extensive experience designing and leading multi-year professional development, developing and implementing curriculum, and coaching educators in districts and schools nationally and internationally.
Karie is also the author and editor of several resources on blended learning strategies, technology integration, project-based learning, mathematics, and English language development. During the course of her teaching career, she taught multiple subjects across grade levels.
Karie received her Master’s in Urban Education with an emphasis in Teaching English as a Second Language from Florida International University, Miami, and her Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
